I offer business consultations for clinicians navigating graduate school, LMHC licensing, private practice development, insurance panels, marketing, and the realities of building a sustainable career in mental health. So many of us were taught how to support clients, but not necessarily how to navigate the business and professional side of this work. As a Latina therapist and professor, I know how overwhelming and isolating this field can feel behind the scenes, and how important mentorship and representation can be while navigating it. These consultations are meant to feel collaborative, practical, honest, and supportive while helping you build a career and practice that feels sustainable, aligned with your values, and true to who you are.
